Private insurance is not accepted at this time. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill if you would like to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. We encourage families to call their insurance provider prior to beginning services to determine coverage, any requirements for speech therapy, and to ask if superbills are accepted. Speech Duo, PLLC does not engage with insurance providers on your behalf.

Unfortunately, since we do not accept/bill private insurance we are currently unable to accept clients who have dual insurance coverage; meaning a private insurance as primary and Medicaid as secondary.
We require that a debit/credit card be kept on file through our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system. We can also accept FSA/HSA cards. Your card will be charged weekly or monthly (depending on your selection) for the services provided and you will be sent a receipt.
