Private insurance is not accepted at this time. Once you have received and paid for the service, a superbill will be provided that you may use to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. We encourage families to call their insurance provider to determine coverage, any requirements for speech therapy, and to ask if superbills are accepted.

Unfortunately, since we do not accept/bill private insurance we are currently unable to accept clients who have dual insurance coverage; meaning a private insurance as primary and Medicaid as secondary.
We require that a debit/credit card or FSA/HSA card be kept on file through our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system. Your card will be charged weekly or monthly (depending on your selection) for the services provided and you will be sent a receipt.
